I’d completely forgotten to tell you about a delicious müsli that I’ve concocted; some coconut shavings, chopped nuts (I chose to use hazelnuts, walnuts and unsalted cashews, but you can vary this however you’d like), sunflower seeds, flax seed and dried, unsweetened goji berries. I’d like to put in other kinds of dried berries and fruits possibly, but it’s really hard to find unsweetened ones. I also usually buy physalis (apparently also known as ground cherries?) for a delicious addition. I suppose you could buy frozen berries and just defrost and add to it if you have that kind of time.

This müsli is very filling and really good for your stomach and bowels and whatnot. If you need some more bowel speed so to speak, you can add some prunes, but I usually don’t feel like that’s required. To each his own, though! 🙂

Goes really well with Turkish yoghurt or cottage cheese. Delicious!
