The time of no sleep is over. It was a fun 2-3 weeks. I leveled out to a normal for a couple of days and then it went downhill. Had a couple of days of fatigue and am now at a point where it’s gotten a bit better, but I feel like my body is not really cooperating too great at times. Finally got an appointment for a new MRI of the brain, the damn scheduler put it on my birthday. What are the odds! But hey, at least I got an appointment, so I’ll finally find out what the situation is like right now and see if there will actually be a switch of medication. I also got called to attend the MS seminars that they run once a year at the clinic. The first one is Tuesday next week, followed by three more every two weeks. I’ve heard good things about it so hopefully it’ll be worthwhile. It doesn’t cost anything except a couple of hours of my time. We’ll see if it’s actually any good.
In other news, mom and dad are coming up for a visit in a couple of weeks over the weekend, they have a bunch of stuff they wanna bring us that I haven’t been able to drag with me on the train. It’ll be good to see them. Although, there’s always a certain amount of stress involved with their visits even though the last time I went to visit them I enjoyed myself immensely. I don’t think I’ve had that much fun with them for a long time. Not sure what changed, but I’m hoping it’ll stick.
Other than that, life is pretty much the same. N is now out of a job, his contract ended a couple of weeks ago, so he’s back to job-hunting. Hopefully he’ll find something soon, it gets pretty boring for him to just sit around the house all day long.
Even with the fatigue and body misbehaving and N’s joblessness, life is good and I really have no complaints. Hopefully there isn’t a crash lurking in the wings somewhere.
